The ‘Unknown device’ that is supposed to show up in WMP 11′s Media Sharing menu does not appear. Can I do it another way, such as the ‘Map network drive’ option?

Getting 2 BS Degrees online?

I noticed that AIU online has 2 BS degrees that I am interested in; Programming and Network Security. The Upper Division Core Courses are all exactly the same, and the only place the 2 degrees differ is in the Concentration Courses. See:

(Both degrees are exactly the same here)

***Does this mean that after I get my BS in Programming, I can take the Concentration Courses for Network Security and I will have a 2nd BS?

Printer network password? How do I change the privliges of a client computer in a network?

When I try to access files from my host computer (in the network) on the client computer (in the network), it says this:
\\(host computer name) is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The network name cannot be found.

I’m not sure, but I also think this is why I can’t get my client computer to be able to print in the network (printer is connected to the host). I do add printer, and go to the network, let it find the printer, It finds it fine, then I select the printer, click next, then a password pop-up thing comes up. My host doesn’t have a password at all XD… how do I fix all this?
omg….. iv’e asked this before and the same thing has happened, the network administrator is the one who made the network right? the host computer, right? I am the administrator if i made it, right?!?! HOW DO I CHANGE IT!! XD

My computer has some serious issues..
1 – after trying to use a program called “Vector Vest”. I got a very weird error.. It says something like:
“error 70 SQL server start failed. SQL-DMO error-2147024891 (Service control error: access is denied in modain)”

2 – What is SQL? After reading somethings I see it has to do with some “Windows Server”. What is a “windows server”? I basically just know how to type and move the mouse to where I am told to…

3 – Another serious issue on my “Gateway GT5228″ desktop.. It does not boot all the way up.. It boots to a black screen with one window open… I think its “My Computer”. The only way to see my desktop and fully boot is Task Manager/new task/explorer.exe. Any suggestions?

4 – I also have over 80 or more processes running all the time. I have already shut off as many as I can at start up.. I need to reduce RAM.. I don’t know how?

Can anyone help? Sorry if it is to many questions..(it’s a bad habit)

My friend brought over his laptop, A dell windows xp. says its connected to the internet but i can go to any web site. a security warning keeps poping up saying “Application cannoit be executed. The file ***.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antiviruse software now?” I dont want to buy the antiviruse software, but i cant get onto the internet to download AVG. HELP!
When I click on internet explorer it says “Inernet explorer waring- visiting this web site may harm your computer!” and im only on google

I have window2003 server.and winxp in 20 computer.I want to create LAN network with them as domain controller(client server architecture mode) . I’ve installed active directory contro , DNS server and DHCP server in same server computer .But when I try to bind client to the server the error message “No DNS servers configured for local system ” message arries . Plz give me the option How i’ll manage the problem .
I’ve cretaed Full DNS name as “BASU.EDU
NETBIOS name BASU
